Welcome to VXRTraining. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “You”) and VXRTraining (“we,” “our,” or “us”) when you access or use our services, products, and website.

1. Coaching Engagement
By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that VXRTraining is offering educational services—not legal, tax, or financial advice. We help real estate professionals become skilled in representing homeowners in property tax matters.

You agree to participate fully by:
- Attending sessions on time
- Completing exercises and worksheets
- Engaging with digital materials and community calls

2. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Information shared in 1:1 coaching or submitted through our platform will be kept confidential. However, you consent to your likeness being used in group calls, testimonials, or recordings unless you request otherwise in writing.

3. Access and Scheduling
Your payment includes access to the digital course and any included coaching calls as specified in your offer letter. Calls are held via Zoom. Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be marked as completed.

4. Payments
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Credit card transactions include a 1.75% fee; PayPal includes a 3% fee.

5. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].

After 24 hours, refunds are only granted under our 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee. You must:
1. Complete and submit Modules 1–3 and related action items
2. Participate in our private group
3. Attend live calls
4. Email proof of completed work to [email protected] within 14 calendar days

If you meet these conditions and are still unsatisfied, we will offer a 100% refund within 90 days. After 14 days, no refunds are available.

6. “Infinite Access” Clause
“Lifetime” or “infinite” access means access to materials as long as the program is actively offered. We reserve the right to discontinue content or calls at any time without refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss related to your participation in VXRTraining. We make no guarantees of results, income, or future performance.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
